Abstracts should be submitted electronically via website in English.
All Abstracts will be assessed by the scientific program committee and noticed for free paper or poster session.
Presented abstracts will be published in the abstract book.
All presenting authors of accepted abstracts should attend the conference and register via online by the early registration date.

Abstracts Submission Guideline

Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts by the submission deadline.
The author submitting the abstract is the Corresponding Author. The corresponding author’s contact details must be clearly given.

Submitting the abstract implies the following agreement of authors:

publishing abstract in the abstract book

presenting author’s attendance in the symposium

Acceptance Notification

• The abstract acceptance will be notified by email.
• The decision of the scientific committee on the acceptability is final.
• The corresponding author should reply to the acceptance notification for confirmation of attendance.

Abstract Modification or Withdrawal

• The request of modification or withdrawal must be within submission deadline by online.
• The first author or corresponding author may request corrections to rectify errors within abstract submissions.
